Customer Profile Notes & Bio

Customer Profile Notes

You can find customer notes in the second banner of the customer profile. Use customer notes to store key information about your clients that your team needs easy access to.

Unlimited Notes

Create as many notes as necessary to document important details about the customer. To view them all you need to go into the sidepanel by clicking on the Edit Pencil.

Pop-Up Alerts

Enable notes to appear as pop-up alerts whenever staff attempts to book an appointment for the client, ensuring critical information is always seen at the right time. You can turn on/off at any time by using the toggle in the sidepanel.

Add a New Customer Note via the Customer Profile

  1. Click the Edit Pencil in the second banner of the customer profile.
  2. In the side panel, in the notes section click Add.
  3. Enter the Note Details.
  4. Click the pop-up box if you would like this note to be a pop-up.
  5. Click Save.

Remove a Customer Note via the Customer Profile

  1. Click the Edit Pencil in the second banner of the customer profile.
  2. In the side panel, in the notes section click the 3 dots  
  3. Select Remove.

Edit a Customer Note via the Customer Profile

  1. Click the Edit Pencil in the second banner of the customer profile.
  2. In the side panel, in the notes section click the 3 dots  
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Make Changes.
  5. Click Save.

Customer Profile Bio

The bio feature helps you store and access essential personal details about your clients, fostering personalized service and stronger relationships.

Capture Key Information

Use the bio to record details such as name pronunciation, preferred pronouns, availability, and more.

Quick Access for Staff

Your team can view the customer’s bio at any time by clicking on the client’s photo in the appointment side panel, ensuring they are well-prepared for every interaction.

Update a Customer’s Bio via the Customer Profile

  1. Click the Edit Pencil in the second banner of the customer profile.
  2. In the side panel, in the bio section make your updates to the customer’s bio.
  3. Click Update.
