Create Categories

In InFlo, you have complete control over your categories, enabling you to organize and segment information effectively. This not only enhances your customers’ online booking and shopping experience by making it more intuitive but also streamlines internal processes for your staff, ensuring efficiency and clarity.

To access this feature, use the search bar in the top banner and look for “Categories”

Create Supplier Categories

Categorize suppliers to streamline procurement and vendor management. 

  1. Click Create
  2. Input Basic Category Details 
OptionDescription
* NameName of the supplier category. Enable the multi-language feature to allow your staff to view this information in their preferred language.
* DescriptionAdd a description for the supplier category. Only visible on this screen. 

* Denotes required input. 

  1. Click Save

Create Product Categories

Organize and classify your products for easier management and navigation. Your customers can also use it to help them shop on the customer website.

1. Click Create

2. Input Basic Category Details 

OptionDescription
* NameName of the product category. You will then be able to choose this category in your product’s details. Enable the multi-language feature to allow your staff and customers  to view this information in two different languages
* DescriptionAdd a description for the product category. Only visible on this screen.

* Denotes required input. 

3. Click Save

Create Supply Categories

Group and manage supplies based on type, function, or location. You can then use these categories to simplify and quicken your inventory management.

1. Click Create

2. Input Basic Category Details

* NameName of the supply category. You will then be able to choose this category in your supply details. Enable the multi-language feature to allow your staff to view this information in two different languages
* DescriptionAdd a description for the supply category. Only visible on this screen.

3. Click Save

Create Service Categories

Organize services into categories for better organization and service discovery. If applicable, your customers will be able to view these categories when booking and/or shopping for your services.

  1. Click Create

Create Service Specials Categories

Organize service specials into categories for better organization and service discovery. If applicable, your customers will be able to view these categories when booking and/or shopping for your services.

Create a Package Categories

Group packages into categories to simplify organization and sales. If applicable, your customers will be able to view these categories when shopping for your packages.

  1. Click Create
  2. Input Basic Category Details

Create Package Specials Categories

Organize services into categories for better organization and service discovery. If applicable, your customers will be able to view these categories when booking and/or shopping for your services.

  1. Click Create

Create Dynamic Tag Categories

Use these categories to segment what dynamic tag data customers can view and what employees manage. Dynamic tag categories can distinguish purposes like tracking health (e.g., symptoms, conditions like bloating or high blood pressure) or marketing tags (e.g., “good results”) to enable targeted communication for your marketing efforts.

1. Click Create

* NameName of the dynamic tag category. You will then be able to choose this category when creating a dynamic tag.. Enable the multi-language feature to allow your staff to view this information in two different languages

3. Finalize Additional Settings

SliderDescription
Show EmployeeWhen turned on, authorized employees can view this category and its tags in the provider app.
Show Customer ProfileWhen turned on, authorized employees can view this category and its tags in the customer’s profile.
Show CustomerWhen turned on, your customer can view this category and its tags in their Customer app.
  1. Click Save

Create Goals Categories

Organize into categories to help customers quickly find and select their goals by browsing relevant categories that match their objectives.

1. Click Create

2. Input Basic Category Details

* NameName of the goal category. You will then be able to choose this category in your goal’s details. Enable the multi-language feature to allow your staff and customers to view this information in two different languages
* DescriptionAdd a description for the goal category. Only visible on this screen.
