- Use the Search Bar in the top banner and type Dynamic Tags.
- Select the specific dynamic tag you wish to edit by clicking its name.
- Make the necessary adjustments in the Details tab, such as updating the tag name, category, tooltip, or enabling/disabling secondary values.

Dynamic Tag More Tab
In the More tab of the dynamic tag settings, you can link a dynamic tag to products, services, and packages as either a compatible or contraindicated tag.
Compatible Tags:
These tags indicate alignment with an item, highlighting its suitability or benefits.
- Example: For a Hydrafacial service, compatible tags could include dry skin, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines.
- Customer Benefits: Compatible tags are displayed on the item’s shop page, helping customers quickly identify its benefits.
- Staff Benefits: Staff can view compatible tags in their recommendation screen, making it easier to match items to customers based on shared tags. This streamlines sales and ensures confident recommendations.
Contraindicated Tags:
These tags indicate a mismatch or potential concern with an item.
- Example: For a Hydrafacial service, contraindicated tags might include Botox or Accutane.
- Alerts: If a customer with a contraindicated tag books a service, your staff will receive an alert. This enables them to have critical conversations with the customer to decide whether to proceed, make an exception, or suggest alternative options.
This feature enhances both the customer shopping experience y staff decision-making, ensuring recommendations are accurate, safe, and aligned with customer needs.
