Customer Profile Tags

The Tags widget allows you to efficiently view, add, or remove tags associated with a customer. Tags enhance your data collection efforts, enabling personalized communication and targeted marketing strategies. Learn more about our dynamic tags feature here.

Add a New Tag to a Customer via the Customer Profile

  1. Click the Add button in the tag widget to begin.
  2. Select the Category.
  3. Type the name of the tag you wish to add in the search bar. If the tag does not already exist, click Add Dynamic to create a new one. Learn more about creating a new dynamic tag here.
  4. Select the tag.
  5. If the tag’s configuration prompts you for a comment, enter your notes here.
  6. Haga clic en Guardar.

Edit a Tag via the Customer Profile

  1. Click on the Tag: Select the tag you wish to edit. This will open an edit side panel.
  2. Edit Details: In the side panel, you can modify the tag’s status, comments, or any other configurations associated with that tag.
