Managing Appointments via Customer Profile

The Appointments tab in the customer profile provides a comprehensive view of all the client’s bookings, including upcoming, completed, and canceled appointments. It also displays any cancellation reasons used along with the comments left.

Key Features of the Appointments Tab

  • View All Appointments: Easily browse through the client’s entire booking history—past, present, and canceled.
  • Cancellation Details: See the specific reason provided for canceled appointments, along with any relevant comments.
  • Manage Pending Appointments: For appointments that are still pending, open the appointment sidepanel to modify or manage details. Click here to learn more about the appointment sidepanel.
  • Bulk Appointment Cancellation: Cancel multiple appointments simultaneously with just a few clicks.
  • Filter Appointments:
    • By Status: View only upcoming, canceled, or completed appointments.
    • By Employee: Filter by the employee assigned to the service.
    • By Date Range: Narrow down appointments within a specific timeframe.

Bulk Appointment Cancellation via the Customer Profile

  1. Click the Checkbox to the left of each pending appointment you want to cancel
  2. Click the Remove button
  3. In the pop-up, select the Cancellation Reason from the dropdown.
