Calendar Views
The Appointment Book offers two Calendar Views for flexible scheduling: view by employee columns or by room columns.
Employee View
In the employee view, each scheduled employee has a dedicated column displaying their available hours for the day. This layout enables you to quickly assess employee availability and identify any employee double-bookings.
Room View
In the room view, each treatment room is displayed in its own column, making it easy to monitor availability and identify potential conflicts. For example, you can quickly spot issues such as scheduling two services in the same room within an hour, where only one service or client can be accommodated at a time.
