Transaction Item Types – Packages

The following options are available when managing package items within a transaction. It’s important to understand how each option functions, as packages may involve partial payments

OptionDescription
Allows you to assign the package sale to an employee. This is typically the person responsible for the sale or the individual who will receive commission credit.
Displays the total price of the package. If the customer is making a partial payment (deposit), you can adjust this amount accordingly — the remaining balance will be tracked on the package.
Opens a detailed view of the package contents and allows the customer to review and sign for it, ensuring clarity and agreement on what the package includes.
Click this icon to remove the package from the transaction, provided you have the necessary permissions.
