Transaction Introduction
Transactions are at the core of InFlo — every sale, service, payment, or adjustment flows through them. But their role goes far beyond collecting payments. Each transaction powers essential business functions: it triggers staff commissions, adjusts inventory, updates client balances, and feeds into marketing filters based on client activity.
Whether a client is redeeming a package, applying a service credit, or taking advantage of a promotion, that action is recorded as a transaction. This ensures seamless alignment between what happens at the front desk and how it reflects in your backend operations — from reporting and inventory to client history and targeted marketing.
In short, transactions are what keep your business running in sync, accurately, and efficiently.
