Purchase Orders

Purchase Order Statuses
Name | Description |
New Order | The purchase order has been created, but no items have been added to it yet. |
In Progress | The purchase order has been created, and some items have been added. Additional items can still be added until the purchase order is marked as pending. |
Pending | The purchase order has been marked as pending, and a shipping date has been saved. This order will appear in the top banner under “Pending Orders” for quick access. |
Pending Incomplete | Only some items from the purchase order have been received. No stock updates have been made for the pending items, and they can still be updated and processed. |
Received | All items in the purchase order have been successfully received, and stock levels have been updated. |
Received Incomplete | The purchase order has been completed, but not all items were received. The received items have been added to the branch stock, and the total cost of the order has been adjusted to exclude the items not received. |
Removed | The purchase order has been deleted and is no longer active. |
