Customer Profile Preferences
Manage the communication preferences for your client from this tab.
Option | Description |
Appointment Notifications | Enable or disable SMS, push, or email notifications related to appointments. This includes confirmations, cancellations, and form reminders. |
Service Notifications | Control whether the client receives pre-service communications via SMS, push, or email. |
Package Notifications | Manage notifications about the client’s packages, including marketing education and messages through the chat feature. |
Marketing Notifications | Toggle the client’s ability to receive marketing notifications, including standard, trigger-based, drip, and automated campaigns. |
Transaction Notifications | Turn on or off SMS, push, or email notifications related to transactions, such as invoices and receipts. |
