Walk In Transactions

You can process two types of transactions in InFlo: those linked to an appointment and walk-in transactions, which are not attached to any booking. Walk-in transactions are ideal for product sales, service credits, or other payments outside of scheduled visits.

Processing a Walk-In Sale 

1. Start a Walk-In Transaction: Click the new transaction icon in the top banner to open a new transaction panel, no matter which screen you’re on.

2. Select or Add a Customer (Optional): You can either process the transaction anonymously or select a customer by entering their phone number or email.

Note: In order to sell services credits and packages that requires an assigned customer.

3. Add Items to the Transaction: Add the products, services (as service credits), or packages the customer wishes to purchase. You can also apply promotions or assign an employee to the sale.

4. Take Payment: Go to the Payment Tab, click the Add Button, and select a payment method. Available options depend on your company’s setup. Payments can be split across multiple methods if needed.

5. Process the Transaction: Once payment is confirmed, click the Process Button to finalize the sale.
