Transaction Item Types – Package Tab

The Package Tab appears for customers who have an active package with pending payments. If no outstanding payments exist, this tab remains hidden. It allows you to select one of the customer’s pending payments and add it to the transaction — perfect for clients who want to pay in advance for an upcoming visit.

OptionDescription
Displays the name of the package. Helpful when a customer has multiple active packages.
Indicates which visit the pending payment is assigned to — useful when customers request to pay for a specific visit.
Shows the payment amount owed for that visit.
After adding the payment to the transaction, you’ll find it in the Items tab where you can remove it if necessary.

Adding a Package Payment via The Package Tab

  1. Click the Package Tab in the transaction side panel.
  2. Select the Package Payment the customer wishes to pay for.
  3. Once added, you can view it in the Items Tab.
