Treatment Plans

InFlo allows you to customize treatment plans to align with your business needs. These configurations can be added to your services, enabling you to track essential details such as products used, service settings, client reactions, and more.  This level of customization ensures consistent service quality, enhances the personalized customer experience, and automates inventory deductions for supplies, streamlining your operational processes.

To access this feature, use the search bar in the top banner and look for “Treatment Plan”

1. Radio Options:
   This option allows you to create selectable options for your treatment plan configurations. For example, if you need to track the treated area, you might create a treatment configuration labeled Treatment Area and set radio options like Abdomen, Back, Thighs, or Arms. This allows staff to easily select the appropriate option during the service.
2. Text Fields:
   Use this option when you need staff to input custom text details. For instance, if you want to document a client’s skin reaction, you can include a Skin Reaction configuration, where staff can type specific observations.
3. Supply Tracking:
   This option is used to manage inventory automatically by deducting supplies directly from your stock. For example, if a moisturizer is part of the treatment plan, you can list all moisturizer options in your backbar along with the typical usage amount. Staff can adjust the usage during the service to meet the client’s specific needs, ensuring accurate inventory management and personalized care.

These configurations enhance service tracking, improve inventory accuracy, and ensure your staff has the flexibility to tailor treatments for each client.

Creating a Treatment Plan Configuration

1. Use your top banner to search for “Treatment Plan Configurations” 
2. Click Create 

Option	Description
*Name	Input the name of the configuration as it will show in the treatment plan in your InFlo App. Multilanguage Option Available.
Description	Input description if needed.
*Type	Select type.  If Selecting Radio: You will need to input your radio options here. To enter a new option, press enter.  If Selecting Supply: You will need to input all the supplies that should show under this treatment plan along with ideal quantities for consumption.
Required	Toggle ON if this option is required to be selected in order to complete a treatment plan.

Adding a Treatment Plan Configuration to a Service

1. Use your top banner to search for “Service Settings” to find the service you want to configure. 
2. Click Treatment Plans
3. Select the Configurations needed for that service
