Service Settings

The Services feature in Inflo allows businesses to manage and optimize the variety of services they offer, from booking and scheduling to tracking Customer progress and managing staff resources. You can customize service protocols, define treatment plans, intake forms and supplies to meet the specific needs of your business. 

To access this feature, use the search bar in the top banner and look for “Services”

Create a Service

  1. Click Create
  2. Input Basic Service Details 
OptionDescription
* NameName of service. It will show in your transactions, customer website, and apps. Multilanguage option available. 
CostCost of the service to you.
* PriceThe price you want to charge for the service
* Duration Length of time of the service in minutes
* Category Under which service category should service fall under. 
ImageImage that will show for the service in your transactions, customer website, and apps.

* Denotes required input.

Service Details

OptionDescription
DescriptionAdd a description of your service. Will be shown in your smart search for employees, customer website and apps. 
KeywordsAdd keywords to make your service easier to find for staff and customers, including terms not in the name or description but commonly searched.
NotesAdd notes visible only on this settings page, useful for personal reminders or however you want to use it.

Shop OnlineWhen turned on, your customers will be able to purchase credits for this service online.
Book OnlineWhen turned on, your customers will be able to book an appointment for this service online.
Requires RoomWhen turned on, this service will require a room to be booked.
Requires EmployeeWhen turned on, this service will require an employee to be booked.
Show ProtocolWhen turned on, your staff will be able to view the service’s protocol in the provider app.

Additional Service Configurations 

FeatureDescription
RelationshipsLink related services to make them interchangeable, allowing service credits for one service to be used for the other. 
ProtocolAdd detailed instructions for your providers on how to complete the service. This is visible on the InFlo Provider app to ensure your entire team has protocols handy. 
SuppliesSupplies added here will be automatically deducted from your supply stock or room stock at the close of a transaction. 
IntegrationsQR Code: Use this QR Code to share a direct booking link for this service in your collateral materials or in-store signage. 
Direct Link: Use this link to share direct booking to this service with your customers. You can use this link on your website, on marketing campaigns or text. 
SpecialsAdd service specials. 
Treatment PlanChoose the elements you want to include in the service’s treatment plan. Staff will complete these fields while charting the treatment, ensuring consistency and thorough documentation.
More Options Add Forms: Add all intake forms required to be filled out for this service. 
Dynamic Tags: Add the tags you want to associate or disassociate with this service. 

Service Relationship

The service relationship feature in Inflo lets businesses link similar services. For example, if you link Facial A and Facial B, a Customer with credits for Facial B can still use them for Facial A if they choose.

Example

A spa offers two services: a 60-minute massage and a 60-minute facial, both priced the same. The spa wants to give customers more flexibility by allowing them to purchase multiple credits at a discount, but the customer may want to switch between the two services. By linking these services, a customer who buys 5 credits can use the credits for either massages or facials, depending on their preference that day.

This interchangeability enhances customer satisfaction by offering flexibility, streamlining the process for the business, and reducing the need to constantly change the credits in the backend.

Service Specials 

Our service special feature allows you to create customizable sales for any service, with flexible configurations to fit your business needs.

Create a Service Special

  1. Click Add
  2. Input the Special’s Details 
OptionDescription
Max QuantityThe maximum amount of credits for this special your Customer can buy online.
Min QuantityThe minimum amount of credits for this special your Customer can buy online.
* PricePrice you want to charge for the special.
* Category Under which special category should the special fall under.
* Sale Starts When does the special start?
* Sale EndsWhen does the special end?
Show OnlineWhen turned on, customers can view and purchase the special online. When turned off, it’s only available for staff to sell internally.
* Expiration TypeYou have three options:
Does Not Expire: The credit from the special will never expire after purchase.
Expires by Exact Date: The credit expires on a set date. You can enable the ‘Convert to Balance’ option to turn expired credits into a positive account balance.
Expires by Days after Purchase: The credit expires a certain number of days after purchase. The ‘Convert to Balance’ option is also available for this setting.
CommentYou can add an internal comment that is only visible on this screen.

* Denotes required inputs. 

  1. Click Save

Edit a Service Special

You can edit specials by extending the end date or repurposing an old special by updating the dates. This won’t affect previous credits, as expiration dates are set at the time of purchase and remain unchanged by future configuration updates.

Service Treatment Plans

Our treatment plan feature enables comprehensive documentation of each step within a procedure. You can create detailed, in-depth treatment plans for any service as needed. Treatment plan options can also link to supplies, ensuring automatic inventory updates.

In this screen, simply select the treatment plan elements you want to include for the service.
