Customer Service Credits

The Service Credits widget provides a snapshot of all active service credits a client currently holds. By clicking View All, you can access a complete history of all service credits the customer has ever purchased, including those that have been consumed or removed, along with any comments in the side panel.

Service credits represent prepaid services—purchased in advance for future use. You can also manually add or remove these credits when needed.

Viewing Service Credits via the Customer Profile

  • In the Service Credits widget, view the most recent active credits at a glance.
  • Click View All to open a detailed list of every credit the client has purchased, including expired, consumed, or removed ones, along with relevant notes.

Adding Service Credits Manually via the Customer Profile

  1. Click View All in the Service Credits widget.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Type the name of the service in the search bar and then select it when it appears.
  4. Specify the Quantity of Credits to assign.
  5. Add a Comment to explain the addition.
  6. Click Save.

Removing Service Credits Manually via the Customer Profile

  1. In the sidepanel, click the X next to the credit you wish to remove.
  2. Provide a Comment to explain the removal.
  3. Click Save.
