Customer Profile Recommendations
The Recommendations widget within the customer profile provides a centralized view of all the client’s active product, service, and package recommendations. It offers your staff the flexibility to easily manage recommendations by adding, viewing, or removing them.
Streamlined Follow-Up Process:
- Enable Personalized Follow-ups: Recommendations saved here can be referenced later by staff or used in marketing campaigns for targeted communication.
- Improve Customer Engagement: Ensure no valuable recommendations get lost by logging them for future interactions or check-ins.
This feature ensures your team always has relevant client recommendations at their fingertips, enhancing the ability to deliver personalized experiences and consistent follow-ups.
Recommendation Details
In the Recommendations widget, you can easily access key details about each active recommendation, ensuring your staff has all the necessary context for personalized client interactions.
Details Available:
- Recommender: Identify who made the recommendation for accountability and personalized follow-ups.
- Recommendation Details: View the specific product, service, or package that was recommended to the client.
- Date of Recommendation: Check when the recommendation was made to gauge its relevance and timeliness.
- Comments: Read any accompanying comments left with recommendations for additional context or insights.
This comprehensive overview enables your team to engage meaningfully with clients, fostering better relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Add a New Customer Recommendation via the Customer Profile
- Click the Add button in the recommendation widget to begin.
- Select the Type. Choose whether you are recommending a Product, Service, or Package.
- Use the search bar to Type the Name of the item you wish to recommend.
- Select the item.
- Add a Comment. Provide a brief explanation for your recommendation, detailing why it would benefit the client.
- Click Save.
Remove a Customer Recommendation via the Customer Profile
- Click the X: Locate the recommendation you wish to remove and click the X next to it.
- Confirm Removal: In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes to proceed with removing the recommendation.
