Customer History

The History tab provides a complete overview of your customer’s history, organized into separate tabs for easy navigation.

Customer Profile Products Subtab

View all product purchases made by the customer, including:

  • Branch where the purchase was made
  • Quantity purchased
  • Employee who sold the product
  • Date of purchase
  • Discount applied (if any)
  • Total amount paid

Customer Profile Services Subtab

Access a detailed list of all services the customer has received, including:

  • Branch where the service was performed
  • Service provider
  • Date of service completion

Customer Profile Packages Subtab

View all package purchases with details such as:

  • Branch where the package was sold
  • Employee who sold it
  • Date of purchase
  • Total package cost

Customer Profile Additional Subtab

Track non-standard transactions items like:

  • Package payments
  • Membership payments
  • Additional Tip
  • Gift Cards
  • Account Balance additions
  • Refunds

Customer Profile Transactions

The Transactions tab displays all transactions associated with the customer. This section ensures a transparent and streamlined way to manage payments, refunds, and customer financial history.

Customer Profile Transaction Listing

Effortlessly track and manage customer transactions with a detailed summary, including:

  • Branch where the transaction took place
  • Date of the transaction
  • Subtotal, Tax, and Total Discount
  • Total Amount paid
  • Type (e.g., Sale, Refund, Online)
  • Status (e.g., Pending, Completed)

Customer Profile Transaction Details

Access full transaction information, such as:

  • All items purchased
  • Discounts applied to individual items
  • Payment methods used (e.g., credit card, cash)
  • Comment left by staff

If permissions allow, you can edit the salesperson associated with the sale of a product or package.

Customer Profile Process Refunds

  1. Click the View Icon next to the relevant transaction.
  2. In the transaction details, go to the Payments tab.
  3. Click the Refund Button next to the payment you wish to refund.
  4. In the pop-up, enter the amount you want to refund (can be partial or full).
  5. Click Process.

Customer Profile Wait List

The Waitlist tab provides a comprehensive view of all the customer’s waitlist entries, including pending, removed, and booked requests

View Wait List Listing via the Customer Profile

  • See every date the customer is on the waitlist, making it easier to manage availability.
  • Track the service requested and any comments left for each entry.

Manage Waitlist Status via the Customer Profile

Easily update or manage a customer’s waitlist entries using these actions:

  • Mark as Booked
    • Click the three dots next to the desired entry.
    • Select Booked to confirm the customer’s appointment was reserved.
  • Remove an Entry
    • If no availability opens or the customer books on another day, click the three dots.
    • Select Remove to delete the entry.
  • Send Availability Alert
    • Notify the customer when a spot becomes available.
    • Click the three dots and select Availability Alert.
    • The alert will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp if configured; otherwise, it will default to email.

Analyze Customer’s Waitlist Trends via the Customer Profile

  • Easily track how many times the customer was successfully booked after being placed on the waitlist.
