Customer Account Balance

Edit Customer Account Balance Manually
- Click the Edit Pencil icon next to the account balance.
- In the side panel, click Modify.
- Select the Type of Operation (Add or Subtract).
- Enter the Amount.
- Provide a Description for the adjustment.
- Click Save.
View Customer Account Balance Log
- Click the Edit Pencil icon next to the account balance in the top banner.
- In the side panel, review the complete log of all account balance movements, including manual adjustments and transaction-based changes.
- Use this log to track the reasons behind a positive or negative balance.
