The Package Listing screen helps you efficiently manage all active packages. This screen provides quick access to essential details, including:
- Sale Date: When the package was purchased.
- Balance: The remaining balance on the package.
- Last Visit & Next Appointment: See when was the customer’s last package visit and whether they have an appointment booked.
- Product Balance: Monitor any remaining product credit.
- Alerts: Identify discrepancies in balances or missing contracts.
- On-Hold Status: View packages currently on hold.
- Comments: Review notes or updates added to the package.
This comprehensive overview ensures you can proactively manage sold packages, create action plans for your staff, and help customers complete their programs and payments,To access this feature, use the search bar in the top banner and look for “Packages”
