Form Goals
InFlo was designed to empower your entire team to provide personalized solutions based on the information shared by your clients. Through our intake form process, you can define specific goals for clients to select. These goals not only guide your services but also fuel intelligent marketing campaigns tailored to their needs. Additionally, you can align these goals with your program offerings, enabling your team to have meaningful conversations with clients about the programs best suited to help them achieve their objectives.
To access this feature, use the search bar 
Creating a New Goal
- Use your top banner to search for “Form Goals”
- Click Create
| Option | Description |
| *Name | Enter the name of the goal. Multilanguage Option Available. |
| Category | Choose the category that this goal falls under. These categories make it easier for your clients to find your various goals. |
| Comment Required | If yes, clients will be required to clarify their goal. Example: If you create a goal “Other” you will want to require the client to specify so that you can help them achieve that goal. |
Form Goals Additional Features
| Feature | Description |
| Dynamic Tags | Allows you to select dynamic tags you would like to add to the customer if they select this goal. |
| Packages | Add all of the packages that will help your clients achieve that goal. |
