InFlo’s Customer Profile feature is designed to provide comprehensive, up-to-date information about your customers, ensuring effective communication, sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction. Accessing Customer Profiles:
- Search Bar: Use the top banner’s search bar to find a customer by name, phone number, or email.
- Appointment Side Panel: Open the customer profile directly from the appointment side panel. Learn how here.
- Chat Feature: If the chat feature is available, click on the customer’s name in the chat pop-up to open their profile.
- Customer Settings Page: Navigate to the Customers settings section to search for and manage customer profiles.

The customer profile is broken up into two main sections.
Customer Overview: Provides purchase history, transaction overview, manage packages and more daily operations relating to the client.
Customer Edit: Allows you to make changes to client profile, preferences, documents and forms.
