Payment Methods

To access this feature, use the search bar in the top banner and look for “Payment Methods”
During your onboarding, we will set up your branches’ most used payment method types. These include:
- Cash: The cash payment method is a direct transaction that involves the physical exchange of currency, whether in the form of notes or coins.
- Gift Certificate: Consuming gift certificates.
- Credit Cards: We will set up your credentials with your credit card provider to use saved cards or new customer credit cards.
- Account Balance: Payments that consume a positive customer account balance.
Creating Custom Methods
You can also create your own custom payment methods based on your company needs.
- Select Custom Payment Method Type
Option | Description |
Name | Name of payment method. |
Description | Description of payment method. |
Branches | Select the branches where this payment method will be used. |
Status | Toggle ON to activate. |
Include in cash process amount | If this payment method should be included as positive income in your branch process, toggle ON. |
Add Signature | Toggle ON if a signature will be required for this payment method. |
* Denotes required input.
