Create Categories
In InFlo, you have complete control over your categories, enabling you to organize and segment information effectively. This not only enhances your customers’ online booking and shopping experience by making it more intuitive but also streamlines internal processes for your staff, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
To access this feature, use the search bar in the top banner and look for “Categories”
Create Supplier Categories
Categorize suppliers to streamline procurement and vendor management.
- Click Create
- Input Basic Category Details
Option | Description |
* Name | Name of the supplier category. Enable the multi-language feature to allow your staff to view this information in their preferred language. |
* Description | Add a description for the supplier category. Only visible on this screen. |
* Denotes required input.
- Click Save
Create Product Categories
Organize and classify your products for easier management and navigation. Your customers can also use it to help them shop on the customer website.

Option | Description |
* Name | Name of the product category. You will then be able to choose this category in your product’s details. Enable the multi-language feature to allow your staff and customers to view this information in two different languages |

Create Supply Categories
Group and manage supplies based on type, function, or location. You can then use these categories to simplify and quicken your inventory management.

Create Dynamic Tag Categories
Use these categories to segment what dynamic tag data customers can view and what employees manage. Dynamic tag categories can distinguish purposes like tracking health (e.g., symptoms, conditions like bloating or high blood pressure) or marketing tags (e.g., “good results”) to enable targeted communication for your marketing efforts.

3. Finalize Additional Settings
Slider | Description |
Show Employee | When turned on, authorized employees can view this category and its tags in the provider app. |
Show Customer Profile | When turned on, authorized employees can view this category and its tags in the customer’s profile. |
Show Customer | When turned on, your customer can view this category and its tags in their Customer app. |

Create Goals Categories
Organize into categories to help customers quickly find and select their goals by browsing relevant categories that match their objectives.
